Hi friends! Happy Monday! Did you all have a nice weekend? Not too long ago I stopped by my local Loft and did a quick try on. I’m excited to share some of my favorite finds with you! 🙂 Everything fits TTS unless otherwise noted.
How pretty is this floral dress! It has a V-neckline (which I tend to prefer) with a couple functioning covered buttons down the front placket and tie waistline. It has a nice length. I’m 5’6″ for reference and it hits maybe an inch above my knee. The pink flowers against the burgundy is so complimentary. It’s such a great color combination.

Not your typical Fall color combination, but that’s what I love about it – it’s so unexpected. The flecked mock neck sweater is very soft and due to the neutral color, can be paired back with a variety of bottoms. And speaking of bottoms, the material of these cords is nice and soft; it is not a thick corduroy. I tried these on in two pant sizes: 0 and 2. The size 2 fit well, but was slightly loose in the waist. The 0 (which is my usual Loft size) was a touch snug in the waist. Given my history with some of Loft’s jeans, these cords may stretch over time with continued wear, so I would recommend going with your normal Loft size.
This knit blazer has so many quality details to it. From the back vent, to the button cuffs, elbow patches and fully lined – it is a great layering piece to all your fall fashions. I’ve layered it over a simple tee, added a floral scarf and paired it with corduroys. But, how smart would this look layered under a pinstripe button-down with slim trousers and burgundy loafers for that borrowed-from-the-boys look.
Outfit Details: Herringbone Elbow Patch Knit Blazer (wearing size 2, as no size 0 was available – go with your normal Loft size) // Pocket Vintage Soft Tee (wearing Small, no XS available – go with your normal Loft size) // High Waist Corduroy Skinny Pants (wearing Cool Sand in a size 0) // Vine Scarf
Ponchos are so on trend right now, but honestly I think they never truly go out of style. This one from the Loft does not disappoint. Sizes are getting limited in the ivory flecked color option, but there is also a navy option should you prefer. It definitely has a relaxed fit, with dolmen sleeves and a handkerchief hemline.
Love the color-blocking on this pullover. The colors are so perfect for Fall with an unexpected pop of lilac. Looks great with jeans, as pictured below, but would look equally as adorable with dress pants. It is fabricated with a touch of wool, so if you have sensitivities to wool, take caution. If you are looking for a pair of straight leg jeans, consider these. They have just a touch of distressing. They fit well and are very comfortable. My only criticism is the inseam. I wish they were a bit longer.

If you are looking for a basic tee, I highly recommend this one! It is such a great staple to have in your wardrobe and it comes in quite a few colors. Love the button details on the cuff area. Wear it on its own, layer it under cardigans or blazers or even layer it under sleeveless dresses to extend that dress into the Fall. Loft has some really cute scarves and this plaid infinity is absolutely adorable. It’s not bulky at all and is easy to work with. Sadly, the jeans I’m wearing are no longer available online, but I’ve linked a comparable pair.
Comfy-cozy and buttery soft is how I would describe these! You will live in this sweatshirt and pant all season long. They’re not heavy or bulky. Just the perfect pieces to wear around the house. Lou & Grey have great lounge wear. If you haven’t tried their line, check them out – I highly recommend. Again, my only criticism is I wish the pants had a longer inseam. I’m 5’6″ for reference.
Did you have a favorite from this try on session? The poncho with cords is probably my favorite. 🙂
Thanks for stopping by! I’ll see you next time. xo ~ Michelle
