Talbots Try on Haul – Valentine’s Day Edition ❤️

Hi friends! Hope you all are doing well. Well, it’s February and Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow. If you believe the beloved groundhog and his predictions, you can expect an early Spring. Given the weather over the past two days on the East coast, it certainly seems he may have gotten this one right. lol

Since Valentine’s Day is approaching, I thought I’d share a special Valentine’s Day try on. Today’s clothes are from Talbots. Such cute, fun options! These are all perfect for special dates with your Valentine (or galentine if you’re hangin’ out with girlfriends). Everything fits TTS unless noted otherwise.

Some people wear their heart on their sleeve, others prefer to wear it on their sweater. How adorable is this!! With indigo blue stripes across the shoulders and non-functioning buttons down the back, this sweater is everything!

Embrace the joy of living – such a simple, lovely saying and a great reminder this Valentine’s day and every day. Cute for a casual work day or weekend. I layered it over a classic gingham button-down. Great fit with a perfect scale of check makes this shirt a winner.

It’s all in the details with this sweet sweater. It features a striped heart pattern with the same stripe detail along the neckline, which carries in the back to a tie-bow. How pretty would this look with a crisp pair of white jeans and red sandals.

Such a whimsical cotton button-down shirt. The shirt has contrasting fabric on the collar and cuffs in a fun stripe print. Mixes beautifully with the playful heart pattern. The fit is comfortable yet still appropriate for the office. I love it layered under this gorgeous blue contrast stitch sweater. Check out the longer length, too! It has contrasting stitching along the envelop neckline with sweet buttons along the shoulders. This sweater comes in some great Spring-like colors, including the blue, blooming pink, bright apple (red), sunshine (yellow) and turquoise sea.

Okay, no hearts on this one but still colorful and cute nonetheless and it just made me smile. The stripes on this sweater are a bold hue of yellow, turquoise, red and indigo. It’s a comfy lightweight sweater and a nice choice to transition into Spring. If you’re looking to add brightness to your outfit, this is a great choice and the sweater looks amazing layered under a quilted vest. Speaking of which, this vest is a perfect weight to add another layer to an outfit. It’s not too bulky or heavy. It has a two-button feature in the back to give your waistline some added definition. If yellow isn’t your color, the vest is also available in pink and indigo.

How darling is this dress! I like that the heart print is small. For having red and white hearts all over, it’s not an overwhelming print. It has ruching at the waistline with a faux-wrap skirt that offers a ruffle hemline. So feminine. I’m narrow in the upper body (shoulders, etc.), so I sized down from a regular 2 to the petite 2.

There’s even more Valentine’s Day clothing options at Talbots.com! Did you have a favorite from this try on haul?

Thanks for stopping by and I’ll see you next time. XO ~ Michelle
